Dr. Lachlan McNamara is a highly skilled Fellow of the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (ACEM) with advanced training in perioperative and musculoskeletal medicine. Dr McNamara completed his training locally throughout the Monash, Alfred and Epworth networks and maintains appointments at both public and private emergency institutions. Simultaneously, having worked within several leading orthopaedic groups throughout his training, he has gained a wealth of experience which is harnessed to provide novel approaches to healthcare access.

With dual training in advanced orthopaedic, neurosurgical, and interventional pain medicine, Dr. McNamara bridges the gap between emergency care, surgical intervention, and long-term rehabilitation. Resultantly he plays a vital role in optimising patient outcomes through a comprehensive, patient-centred
approach, and as the coordinator of a multidisciplinary team, he ensures seamless collaboration between surgeons, physiotherapists, pain specialists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated, evidence-based care.
