Mr. Rondhir Jithoo is a highly qualified Melbourne Neurosurgeon with extensive international and Australian expertise. He earned his medical degree with commendation from the Nelson Mandela School of Medicine at the University of Natal, South Africa. He completed his neurosurgical training at Wentworth Hospital, obtaining Fellowship of The College of Surgeons in Neurosurgery (2001) and receiving the South African Society of Neurosurgeons Registrar Prize in 2000.
To further advance his surgical skills, Mr. Jithoo undertook additional specialist training in Australia, earning Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) in Neurosurgery in 2004.
He served as a Visiting Medical Officer at the Royal Melbourne Hospital from 2006 to 2010 and continues to treat complex cases as a Consultant Neurosurgeon at Alfred Hospital.

- Surgical Governance: Member of both the Victorian Audit of Surgical Mortality Committee (VASM) and the Epworth Clinical Audit Committee
